FIELDS of GRACE OUTREACH a 2014-2015 Recipient of the Stewart's Foundation "Holiday Match" Grant
FIELDS of GRACE OUTREACH Recipient of 2013-2014 Stewart's Foundation "Holiday Match" Funds
We are so thankful again to the Stewart's Foundation for choosing Fields of Grace Outreach to again be a recipient of one of their 2013 "Holiday Match" Grants. This is indeed an honor to be selected year after year from among the thousands of organizations who apply. These funds help us bring our programs to the youth and young adults of Schoharie County and portions of the surrounding counties. We are excited to be able to do more for the youth through this gift from Stewart's.
FIELDS of GRACE RECEIVES GIFT
from HOWE CAVERNS Howe Caverns
"It is about hope. It is about compassion. It is about community. If you have visited Howe and dropped a penny or two in a donation can in the main lodge or if you have made a wish on a coin tossed into the Wishing Well in the cave, you have made a difference. Your kindness and generosity will touch someone’s life.
Today, Co-General Managers, Holly Hauser & Kathy Smith, along with Jeff DeGroff, had the pleasure of presenting Pastor Peter DeBartolo, Sr. with a donation check for $3881.00 to Fields of Grace's "Rooms of Hope"; an organization dedicated to helping Schoharie County residents impacted by the catastrophic flooding to rebuild a room in their homes. A heartfelt thank you to all that contributed. And THAT is HOWE we do it!" (Howe Caverns)
A hugh thank you to Howe Caverns for their caring community spirit and for this wonderful donation to Fields of Grace's "Rooms of Hope" Voucher Assistance Program. Vouchers are still being given out to those who were flooded by Irene in 2011. There is still much work going on in our county. Thank you again to Howe Caverns and to all who donated toward this effort.
